Photo report. Opening of the exhibition “When We Were Children”
On May 24, 2018, in the friendly environment of the art cafe, the opening of the exhibition "When We Were Children" was held. The theme of childhood united the two sections of the project: the art of photography from the archives of authors-participants of the exhibition (Nadezhda Degtyareva, Natalia Dorosh, Vadim Kachan, Anatol Kliashchuk, Katerina Kouzmitcheva, Lesya Pchelka and Maxim Shumilin) and works of painting, graphics and sculpture by Belarusian masters of the late 19th-early 21st centuries from the collection of the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus.
The event was attended by Alexei Khoryak, Deputy Director General for Scientific and Educational Work of the Museum, art historian, Sergey Mikhalenko, Chairman of the Belarusian Public Association of Photographers, photographer, Vadim Kachan, member of the Belarusian Public Association of Photographers, member of the Union of Photo Artists of Russia, member of the Belarusian Union of Designers, photographer, participant of the exhibition.
A pleasant gift to the guests of the evening was the classical piano music performed by Anna Tkacheva, student of the Belarusian State Academy of Music.
