The concert “Flower Duet”
At 7 pm on 29 September 2012 the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus
will host the concert “Flower Duet” under the exhibition “Princely Treasures:
European Masterpieces 1600–1800” from the Victoria & Albert Museum
(London).
Popular vocal duets are involved in the concert project, and this gives the title to the entire concert.
The author of the project and the performer:
Julia Kazimirovich (mezzo-soprano), an opera and concert singer, a diploma winner of international contests;
The following persons will participate in the concert:
Victoria Krasovskaya (soprano), a solo performer of the Model orchestra of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus
Ivan Burak (tenor), a solo performer of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Hall;
Olga Selochnik (piano), a performing artist of the orchestra of the National Academic Big Opera and Ballet Theatre, a diploma winner of international contests;
Anastasia Shytko (piano) etc.
Music of various ages and trends, works by Georges Bizet, Camille Saint-Saëns, Claude Debussy, Léo Delibes, Gioachino Rossini, Imre Kálmán, Henry Purcell etc will be played at the concert.
