“Apocalypse. Canselled:…” “Share Your Light”

On 18 May 2012 from 7 pm till 1 am the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus will be creating a light and joyful, a solemn and a bit ironical atmosphere which will combine the Last Trumpet and the Rejoicing at a new cancel/shift of the world end with the support of the professional artists, actors, students majoring in creative subjects under the international project “The Night of Museums”. The Museum will hold an event where in the best traditions of post-modernism “the secret will become manifest” (it is not by chance that “Apocalypse” means “Revelation” in Greek!) and where one can get a ticket to the space Neo-Noah's Ark and “paint Apocalypse” in a joyful color, take part in a collective anti-Apocalypse art-therapy, find the most favorite Sin out of the Seven Sins, return all the Fruits back to the Tree, “try on” a possible result of next reincarnation and also feel a personal responsibility for that the Apocalypse has been cancelled again…. more
